Oxbow Limited (T/A Oxbow Adventure Co.) is committed to protecting our customer information and ensuring that any personal information you disclose remains confidential when using our website, products and services.

What information we require

Oxbow Limited will only collect information that you willingly provide. This may be in person, over the phone, through our website, via email or in writing. When you arrive, we ask you to sign in at reception and sign a digital waiver before participating in any of our activities. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to participate.

When booking with us, we will require certain personal information including (but not limited to):

• Phone number
• Email address
• Billing or purchase information

When you arrive at site, you will be required to sign a digital waiver where you will disclose:

• Any pre-existing medical conditions
• Height and weight
• Age
• Any further information you believe should be disclosed

Third Parties

We use reliable, third party booking software providers to help manage your booking and keep your information secure. We utilise reservation management software “Ibis” who are also integrated with our payment management solution, “Windcave”. “Windcave” handle credit card details and are PCI compliant.

All third-party providers are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

Cookies

Like most major websites, Oxbow Limited uses cookies. Cookies are used to track online traffic patterns to our site and are used to ensure we are optimising the customer experience. A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. You can change the appropriate settings on your browser if you do not want this information collected and stored.

Google Analytics

Oxbow Limited uses Google Analytics to monitor traffic on our website www.oxbow.co.nz and all of its subpages including our booking page which is integrated with our third party booking service provider “Ibis”.

Oxbow Limited utilise social media sites including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube. From time-to-time, we post our customer experiences on these forums, however, please let us know prior, either in email or writing, if you do not wish for us to use photos or other material in which you may be either the subject or part of the subject.
