What we’re doing to keep you ‘safe as’ at Oxbow Adventure Co.

Here at Oxbow Adventure Co. our number one priority is keeping all our customers and team members safe, happy, and healthy, and despite Covid-19, we’re pretty keen to keep it that way. Everyone is welcome to visit Oxbow Adventure Co and should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team.


Oxbow Adventure Co. is proud to be recognised as a ‘Qualmark Covid Clean’ operation. High-touch surfaces and protective gear will be sanitised after each set of customers have travelled. This includes helmets, spray jackets, handrails, bench tops and bathrooms. We also have hand sanitiser stations throughout the premises, and access to running warm water & soap.

Refunds / Credits

Like you, we’re really hoping New Zealand can avoid any future disruptions! However, if Oxbow Adventure Co. are unable to operate for any length of time as a result of Covid-19, or if you are unable to travel due to restrictions, your booking will either be held in credit or refunded.
