what we’re doing to keep you ‘safe aS’ AT Oxbow Adventure Co.
Here at Oxbow Adventure Co. our number one priority is keeping all our customers and team members safe, happy, and healthy, and despite Covid-19, we’re pretty keen to keep it that way. To adhere to the “new normal”, we’ve implemented a few processes and practices to help mitigate and manage the risk of Covid-19:
Throughout the building you will notice several hand sanitising stations. Please make sure you sanitise when you enter and exit the building. Hot water and soap is also available on site.
High-touch surfaces and protective gear will be santised after each set of customers have travelled. This includes helmets, spray jackets, handrails, bench tops and bathrooms.
Mask wearing will be a mandatory requirement for all customers and staff. We have some buffs (face coverings) on site for those of you that forget your masks.
social distancing & contact tracing
Social distancing will be dependent on the alert level in New Zealand when you visit Oxbow. At Alert Level 2 or higher, upon arrival everyone in your party will be required to sign in using the contact tracing app. You will also be required to maintain a social distance of at least 2m from other customers.
refunds / credits
Like you, we’re really hoping New Zealand can avoid another lockdown. However, if Oxbow Adventure Co. are unable to operate for any length of time as a result of Covid-19, your booking will be held in credit and a member of our team will be in touch to rebook you. If you’re only in the region for a short time and unable to rebook, then refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis.
